1. DEFINITIONS
- “Customer” / “User” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
- “Products” refers to furniture and related items listed on the Website.
- “Rental Period” means the duration for which a Product is rented.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use our services.
3. SERVICES
Fhomes provides furniture rental services across selected locations in India. All products remain the property of the Company at all times.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- Users may be required to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
5. RENTAL TERMS
- Rental tenure options will be specified at the time of booking.
- Minimum rental period applies to all products.
- Early termination charges may apply if the rental is ended before the agreed period.
6. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.
- Payments must be made in advance through available payment methods.
- Security deposit may be applicable and refundable subject to inspection.
7. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary.
- Installation will be handled by our team where applicable.
- The customer must ensure access to premises for delivery.
8. USE OF PRODUCTS
- Products must be used for personal, lawful purposes only.
- Subleasing or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of rented items.
9. DAMAGE, LOSS & REPAIRS
- Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
- Any damage beyond normal usage will be chargeable.
- In case of loss or theft, the customer is liable to pay the replacement cost.
10. RETURN & PICKUP
- Pickup will be arranged upon completion of rental tenure or termination request.
- Customers must ensure products are in accessible condition for pickup.
11. CANCELLATION & REFUND
- Orders may be cancelled before delivery subject to applicable charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
12. LIABILITY
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total rental amount paid by the customer.
13. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate services in case of:
- Breach of terms
- Non-payment
- Misuse of products
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Website.
